Crossroads: Pathways to Your Career Success
Internships, Internships...Co-Ops, Co-Ops...
Jun-92009
Looking to start a summer internship and gain significant experience in your major? The Co-op Internship Program is here to help! Co-op is helping to place DePaul undergraduates in four quarter-long (two quarter-long for seniors), paid, part-time internships that are directly related to students’ academic majors and professional goals. Co-op students benefit from the program by receiving academic credit and fulfilling their Junior Year Experiential Learning Requirement for enrolling in a Co-op Reflective Course, having their Co-op Work placement indicated on their official DePaul transcript, and receiving feedback on their development from their Co-op Supervisor and the Assistant Director of the Co-op Program.
Students who have fulfilled their Junior Year Experiential Learning requirement can still participate in the Co-op Internship Program and current internships held by students may be converted into a Co-op in order to receive class credit.
For more information, contact Emily Dovitz, assistant director of Co-op, at 312-362-5220 or e-mail her at edovitz1@depaul.edu.
