ProcessDATA has developed and actively sells and markets a web content management system for creating and managing internal intranet sites in small to medium size hospitals. The system (HospitalPortal.NET) is a web enabled solution that addresses and automates many administrative and internal communication areas of internal hospital distribution, internal education information publishing and class registration, on-line fill-able forms, incident submission system, and many others. ProcessDATA currently has over 40 hospital clients throughout the country utilizing the system and is adding on average 2 new clients per month.
The HospitalPortal.NET system is a web enabled and fully customizable solution. Currently the sales and marketing process relies primarily on manned web enabled demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the product. Each presentation usually takes 30-45 minutes and includes both a narrative as well as live demonstration of the features of the product.
ProcessDATA is looking to develop a pre-recorded media rich presentation that can be posted on its website, emailed, or mailed on a CD-ROM/DVD to the potential clients as an aid in the selling process. The presentation should showcase the features and benefits of the product similar to the manned web demonstration.
