The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical support of the School of Music website, and all internal web operations. In addition, technological support for the School’s 150 Macs, 25 PCs, 4 Servers, 4 databases, 7 smart classrooms, and computer lab operations are included in this position. The School of Music’s technology manager will also be involved in the research, planning, purchasing, and implementation of the School’s technological needs. Finally, this person will serve as the liaison to the rest of the University’s technology offices, and chair the School of Music Technology committee.
A solid musical background is required.
