Question: When is the right time to start your internship search?
Answer: NOW!!
Students at the College of Computing and Digital Media should start their internship search preparation as soon as possible. Gaining relevant, career-preparation experience can not only help you gain full-time employment after graduation, but, it can also help you determine if you actually like the career you are preparing for with your studies here at DePaul!
Shayna Connelly, instructor and CIM faculty member who coordinates DC 298, the Junior Year Experiential Learning internship course for CIM students, has prepared a useful checklist for students to use to help you get started!
