Why creating USER GROUPS in COLWeb?

There a couple of reasons why setting up user groups may be an advantage for you:
  • Do you assign TEAM PROJECTS in class?
    • List all teams on one page along with group name, members and personal comments
    • Easily create collaboration sites for or e-mail individual groups with only one click

  • Do you set up COLLABORATION SITES for individual students?
    • Create a group for these students first and give them access to the collaboration site
    • Also send easily e-mails to the entire group at once
