Once your instructor notified you that you have been added to the instructor's courses that you will grade, you are able to start:

1. Before you start grading it's important that you view DePaul's policies for student employees.

2. Login to COLWeb with your Campus Connection username and password.

3. On the MY CURRENT COURSES screen you will now view the courses you have been added to as a grader in your course list.

4. Select the course you would like to do the grading. Note: Your main menu will now display GRADEBOOK as new link.

5. View student submissions when you select "Gradebook" from the menu. On the resulting screen you'll view a spreadsheet including all registered students along the left side and a list of assignments across the top. The individual submissions will show up as icon in the related cells of the table:

- icon 1
- icon 2
- icon 3

For grading you'll have the following options:

- View an individual submission of one student for a single assignment if you click on the related icon
- View all students' submissions for one assignment if you click on the assignment title
- Or view one student's submissions for all assignments if you click on the student name
