Q: How do I get my Campus Connection ID and password? A: If you’re a local student living in any of the counties listed in this handbook, you need to go to one of the ID Services offices on campus. Online Students located outside these five counties should contact OL Staff. View all FAQs...
We will provide the exam and instructions to the proctor via e-mail. When you arrive for the exam, the proctor should: - Check your picture ID
- Provide a secure, quiet space for you to take the exam
- Explain the rules and instructions provided
- Ensure that you follow the exam rules. You may not use anything for the exam that is explicitly allowed in the instructions (such as books, notes, or electronic devices)
- Collect the completed exam.
Immediately after the exam is completed the proctor should fax the exam to our toll free number then return the original via US mail in an institution envelope. The student is responsible for providing postage, as well as paying any fees you charge for the service. If an envelope is not available a note on letterhead or the business card of the proctor in charge will suffice. At no time should the student be allowed to leave the room with the exam. In the event that a student is suspected of cheating on an exam the proctor should inform the student of this suspicion and that this fact and an explanation of the suspicion will be recorded for transmission to the instructor. The student may, at his or her own choosing, complete the examination. The proctor should then mail the completed exam back to us with postage provided by the student: Miles Jackson DePaul CDM 243 S. Wabash Ave Chicago, IL 60604-2301
More detailed instructions will be provided to proctors prior to the exam.
If you have any questions about these procedures, please e-mail the OL Staff or call (312) 362-5243.
