Q: Will I have to come to campus for exams?

A: Check your course syllabus for exam dates and instructions. If you are a local student and an exam is given in class, you will need to come to one of DePaul’s Campuses on exam night to take the test. Distant students must make arrangements for a proctor at a local college or university. For more information about exam procedures click here.

Page Summary
Each of your courses has a COURSE START PAGE. The Course Start Page is designed to display pertinent information for your course. You can decide yourself what COLWeb sections are most important within your courses and enable up to 6 PREVIEW BOXES to keep track of this information.

Preview Boxes
You can enable up to 6 Preview Boxes on the Course Start Page. There are Preview Boxes for every section of COLWeb. The Preview Boxes are designed to provide a quick overview and access to what has changed since your last login.

To Enable A Preview Box

  1. Click the DROPDOWN MENU and select the correct section of COLWeb you want to have displayed in a preview box.
  2. Click the ADD button and the box appears. You can enable up to 6 Preview Boxes .

To Remove A Preview Box

  1. Click the X in the upper right hand corner of the Preview Box to close it.

Note: Preview Boxes can always be re-added to the page at any time.
