Q: I can’t travel to Chicago for exams. What are my options?

A: If you are a remote student registered for an Online Learning class, you will need to arrange for a proctor at a local college or university. You are responsible for making these arrangements in advance of your exam. You are also responsible for any fees charged by the proctor.

As an online student, faculty and as an inclass student, you have the options of being able to view your courses online using the following playback options:

A] Our COLPlayer stand alone application for Windows OS.
  • Please download the standalone application for Windows OS.
  • Please read the manual for the COLPlayer to take advantage of all the features available for you on the COLPlayer for Windows OS.

B] Our FLASHCOLPlayer Streaming based browser application for all Operating Systems to view lectures Online.

  • Please read the manual to take advantage of all the features available for you on the Online FLASH Player.
  • To access a sample recording using the FLASHCOLPLAYER please click here.


C] Our FLASHCOLPlayer stand alone application for all Operating Systems to view lectures Offline.

  • Please download and install the application from our website. 
  • Then run the Offline FLASHCOLPlayer program, and click "Download Courses" button.  You will be prompted for your campus connect Id  and password. Soon after you authenticate you will see the recording list.
  • Please read the manual to take advantage of all the features available for you on the Offline FLASHCOLPlayer.
