From here you can >> Download, Submit Or Resubmit Your Homework

Detailed Description of Assignment List Columns:

  • Assignment: This is where the title of a given assignment is displayed along with a short description if your instructor chose to input one. You may click the ASSIGNMENT TITLE to view the ASSIGNMENT DETAILS. Sometimes you will view the following STAR ICON  prior to the assignment title. The star symbol indicates that the related assignment has been posted since your last login.

  • File: If the announcement has a file attached you will view an icon displayed here. Click the FILE ICON to view or download the attachment. Note: Not every announcement will have a file attached to it.

Due Date: This is the date and time the assignment is due. You may submit and re-submit your homework for any assignment up until the date and time it is due. After the due date is past, the submission option can be disabled if the instructor chooses to do so.
If you click on the CALENDAR icon next to the due date the individual assignment will be added to your (outlook) calendar.

  • Max Value: The maximum number of points or letter grade you can receive for the individual assignment is displayed under this column. Note: Some professors may use TBD (To Be Determined) instead of a number or letter grade in this column. This simply means the professor has not chosen an exact value for the assignment.

  • Grade: This column displays the grade you have received for the individual assignment. If the grade appears as N/A, this means that the specific assignment has not been graded by your instructor yet.

  • Status: A number of symbols may appear under this column, each with its own meaning in relation to the status of your assignment submission:
     - Indicates the assignment has been submitted successfully.
     - Indicates that you have not submitted the individual assignment yet.
     - Indicates that a submission for the assignment is not required.

  • The last column displays the SUBMIT and RESUBMIT buttons or informs you that your instructor doesn't allow submissions after due date. In this case you will view a quick note saying "No submission after due date".
Note: Check the assignment instructions or ask your instructor if s/he allows late submissions for this assignment and what will happen to your grade before the due date is up!
