Historic Portage Theatre is the Site June 5 for the Fourth Annual Digital Cinema Premiere Film Festival

The filming has wrapped, the edits have been completed, and more than a year’s worth of hard work will culminate with a celebration. And the entire community is invited to join in.

DePaul University’s School of Cinema and Interactive Media, within the College of Computing and Digital Media, will host the fourth annual Digital Cinema Premiere Film Festival.

Held at the historic Portage Theatre (4050 Milwaukee Ave. on the city’s northwest side), the film fest will feature 12 of the top student-produced narrative, experimental, animated, music video, and documentary films at DePaul.

The evening’s screenings will kick off at 7:30 p.m. and run approximately two hours.  Portage doors open at 6:30 p.m.

General admission to the event is $10.00 and free to DePaul students, faculty and staff. Parking is available one-half block west of the theatre in a city lot at Cuyler and Laporte.
